1. You may only use the provided content I give you access to. If I see you using content I did not approve, or taken from my members area, I will close your account and forfeit any funds owed to you. Spamming and newsgroup posting are not allowed. If I see any of this occurring I will have to immediately cancel your account and forfeit any funds owed to you.

2. All content provided by MindyBucks.com must retain the original copyright url. No alteration of this is acceptable without prior written consent from MindyBucks.com. Any page displaying content obtained from MindyBucks.com must have a banner or text link back to MindyVega.com, using your affiliate code. Any account found not to be in compliance will be immediately terminated and all payments due will be forfeited.

3. Mindy Bucks pays 50% on initial sign-ups as well as 50% recurring for the lifetime of the membership. I absorb all processing fees so you are getting a true 50% of the membership.

4. MindyBucks.com reserve the right to close and cancel your account at anytime with no explanation given.

5. Do not refer, or make suggestion about Mindy Vega as being under 18 years of age,
do not post on any sites that promote child porn or bestiality of any kind! If I see any of this occurring I will have to immediately cancel your account and forfeit any funds owed to you.

By filling out and submitting the sign-up form, the Webmaster agrees to be bound by this Agreement
